My personal conviction is that a considerable amount of people (not just climate scientists) believe that, especially among elites who know just how incompetent and downright crazy leadership has gotten in the West. But they're afraid to say it out loud for obvious reasons.

Wow! Japan’s capital Tokyo just recorded its hottest March day on record with an incredible 28.1°C (+82.6°F), pulverizing previous monthly record by nearly 3°C. This is crazy level of heat for late March, more typical of early July.
