Happy to answer; minus my vacations . I walk 10k-12k steps a day .I have lost about 40 pounds.The O2 count in my blood has improved (far easier to breathe now).Also finished my Invisalign (straightest my teeth have ever been) . I haven't fasted in awhile but that was to counter.
@La3Life Been meaning to ask for an update. With the fitness and dieting. I care for all that. Also my gym check ins. Crazy. Went from copping shoes and clothes to giving that up and focusing here! That being said I need Nardwuar sb and I think at this point I’ve earned that
