Last night at @MashamTownHall first gig since March 2020...&...SOLD OUT....we..are...BACK! Thanks to Nick and his crew for wonderful hospitality and to the people of Masham for their enthusiastic support.

Brought the @motelcalifornia lighting rig out of moth balls to-day in readiness for next weeks gig. Took us two hours of instruction book and trial & error to remember how to push the programing buttons in the correct order.🙄

As we prepare for our first job since March 2020, this weekend the @motelcalifornia lighting rig comes out of moth balls for a 'boot-up', re-program and rehearsal ready for their first gig @MashamTownHall Saturday 2nd October It's been a long time

Silly me. I thought that when pubs were going to be allowed to serve alcohol outdoors in beer gardens it was because it would be OUTSIDE, Al FRESCO, so the wind might blow any virus away, not inside all manner of marquees, pagodas & tents, might as well be INSIDE!

Just discovered, by accident, that on a Mac, 'command' + scroll wheel is the page magnifier and boy can it go big without pixelation.

Today we should have beeen prepping for @MotelCalifornia at Holmfirth Civic Hall tomorrow, and load-in for Heckmondwike Players at Cleckhearton Town Hall, but we haven't been doing that :(
