We included recommendations for @WestMids_CA and ESOL providers, including on developing language acquisition pathways, working with local authorities on an ESOL hub model and supporting the development of the ELA workforce and capacity in the voluntary and community sector.

1. New OECD adult basic skills shows ⬆️ in numeracy in England in last decade, little change in literacy. Within this, big & welcome improvements for young people (who were outliers last time), but some backsliding for older adults (perhaps a consequence of austerity in adult ed)
