tbh i'm split on this yeah startup work always takes longer than expected (been there) but 90k ARB with basically no metrics showing what they did? idk man also they're literally voting on their own raise which is kinda funny classic dao problem: fair pay vs not opening

broke down the voting options: vote FOR if: - you think people should get paid for extra work - they actually delivered value - it's from existing budget anyway - want to keep good council members vote AGAINST if: - they knew what they signed up for - 90k feels like way too
