The old way w/seeding meetings was time-consuming because of travel etc but in this age of technology it could be done virtually. reality is some CIF Sections like NCS want to rely on hocus-pocus because its an easy way & doesn't take any time or real work. Its not just NCS. .

If @BbCaruthers played in their enrollment division it would have been multiple section and state titles. Dynasties that are only allowed for big schools.
Caruthers, as a 7 seed w/ an enrollment of 674, will host 10 seed Buchanan (enrollment: 2,606) tonight at 6. Win and the Raiders would play @ 2 seed Clovis (enrollment: 2,876) in Tuesday’s D-1 quarters. Caruthers girls hoops is one of the most remarkable stories in the state.
