Fun Friday @NISDLearningTre means its SEL Time❤️ Today our @NISDGlenoaks Owls learned that their breath is a superpower! We practiced mindful breathing, talked about times we needed to calm down, & even made our own breathing sticks to help us whenever big feelings come up❤️
