Hard to be as impressed as we were as a family today, but to get to watch Ella put down a 5:01 when she needed a 5:02.29 or faster! Wow. 6th place and earn a trip to the State Track Meet next week to wrap up a HS career. PR going into today. 5:10. Big time jump to 5:01. Amazing!

To those not understanding, that boys 2A 300H race was epic and historical. One of the best and most important races ever. Both under the state all-time best going into this season. 😳

Late to the game but the Lake Stevens Boys won a team title at the state track meet yesterday! Some epic performances sweeping the relays and 2nd and 3rd in the 400 as well as 2nd and 4th in the 110 Hurdles, 3rd and 6th in the 300’s and various other points throughout the weekend
