If you can't win in the marketplace, and you retreat to the Government to force out your competition, you are not the victim. You deserve to lose.
Abolish intellectual "property" laws.
This is dumb.
Your intellectual "property" laws are dumb.
I care about good creative work. I don't care who, or what, it comes from. If the AI produces a better product, I'm sticking with the AI.
Stifling innovation with draconian regulations does everybody a disservice.
@LPNational
Why could you not IP your ideas? United States Patent and Trademark Office is one of the few government entities that does not take tax dollars. If anything, all government should try to emulate that.
@LPNational
The only way out is through: flood the market with free and unfettered use, and see what systems crop up naturally to compensate an credit artists.

No doubt they're hanging out in the secret Discord chuckling about successfully they were able to troll the members with this post.
Meanwhile, they've spent about $30,000 to avoid the fact that Chadderdon can't win an honest election and he broke the bylaws to stay in the chair
@LPNational
Why? An idea, or words in a particular order, can be discovered just like locations can. Locations are non rivalrous, there are unlimited locations in the universe, ideas are non rivalrous, there are unlimited ideas. IP laws are perfectly in line with Rothbard and MES.
@LPNational
No. The nature of property is that we begin by owning ourselves and continue by owning what we produce until we trade it. That applies to ideas and expressions just as much as it does tangible objects. Think again.
@LPNational
What about making money off your likeness? Using AI to generate fake movies or videos using your face w/o permission that make the creator money? Books? Music? This is one area I disagree with LP on. Competition using alternative IP can still occur.
