In honor of the deep impact Betsy had on all of us, we’re coming together to support the ongoing work that meant so much to her. Gifts made in honor of Dr. Mellins will support pediatric research, as designated by her family, at @StanfordMed.
Our community mourns the loss of Elizabeth “Betsy” Mellins, MD, professor of pediatrics. Mellins, who studied autoimmune disease and co-founded a large pediatric rheumatology research network, was a tireless mentor and advocate for her field.
