There's a SLIGHT difference when listening on Bluetooth headphones and in the car, but it might not be enough to be worth the extra strain on data/phone battery life.

My initial thoughts on Spotify Lossless: Definitely a difference in clarity and stereo width that's mostly noticeable on my studio headphones and monitors.
