The Preceptorship Celebration Event was a great opportunity to share the fantastic resources the Improvement Faculty has to offer with staff new to the organisation. We were able to highlight how we can support them in their career development, whilst improving patient care.

The Improvement Faculty will be back at Mansfield Community Hospital on the 14th January between 10:00 – 14:00 where we will be in the Staff Resource Room (Next to the General Office) for colleagues to discuss their ideas for improvement.
