Final results of my training before surgery tomorrow. Bench - 200lbs.Deadlift - 405lbs.Backsquat - 260lbs.Front squat - 210lbs.Up to 865, getting close to the 1,000 pound club! Surgery is tomorrow, but it’s just a blip on my radar. Gonna be back stronger than ever. Peace y’all ✌️

First dunk and pr 260 lb back squat. Kinda got hops, no? 🤔.(Death by squat routine:). 33 reps at 95 (8,10,8,7).32 reps at 135 (7,10,8,7).29 reps at 185 (4,10,5,5,5).4 reps at 225 (2,2).1 rep at 245.1 rep at 260 . Total of 17 sets. Need a good workout try this. God bless y’all✌️
