I really miss @lazygamereviews thrifts videos, the earlier ones really were a step back in time when collecting old curiosities was easier. You can see the slow down in availability of the fun finds as the series goes on.

I am giving up retro collecting or rather "Hoarding" and just keeping things I will genuinely use or care for. It was great to be able to make some youtube videos and get some positive interactions and be a part of this amazing community around retro hardware.

DVD drive recovery did not start or end well :D. At least these clips are not really required. Unfortunately I cannot remove one of the screws from the drive, its super small and none of my screwdrivers can get a good enough grip on it, even tho the one on the other side worked

iMac G3 is in my hands! I have no idea what I am doing 🤣.I do know that I need to: Fix the slot loader (there is a stuck disk and I can hear it trying to eject but it wont move).Replace the speakers - The foam surrounds have rotted and they sound like poop
