New paper alert! A study by Kanishka Mallick in @EGU_BioGeo ( demonstrates the advantage of a coupled ground heat flux-evaporation model constrained by #ThermalRemoteSensing for water-scarce and complex ecosystems.

In the #MonESCA project (, we monitor the challenging #Esca disease in #vineyards with #RemoteSensing and #drones. This gives valuable input for winegrowers' strategies. Colleagues from @LIST_Luxembourg , Luxsense Geodata and IBLA are supported by the IVV.

Last week, Miriam Machwitz presented her work on #UAV data for viticulture at the annual assembly of the Luxembourgish wine grower community (#Wäibaudag). More than 150 wine growers, politicians, consultants, marketing experts, researchers, and other guests attended the event!

The ESHAPE project @LIST_luxembourg, funded by @EU_Commission, uses satellite #EarthObservation data collections to improve the estimation and management of #flood hazard at global scale. Work is done by Yu Li, Marco Chini and @berzin .
