LISC NY is excited to announce a $5M pre-development loan to @Shift_Capital for the SouthWorks project located at 620-640 South Aurora & 810 Danby Rd in Ithaca, NY. The project will transform the 95-acre former Emerson Power site into 915 mixed-income homes and more.

LISC NY joined the Thankful Gardens groundbreaking in Buffalo! LISC NY recently closed a $2.5M loan to help build 20 new apartments with Thankful CDC, @buffalorenewal & @nysotda, expanding access to quality supportive housing where future residents can thrive.

LISC NY is proud to partner with the New York Acquisition Loan Fund on a $7.02M predevelopment loan for India Home Senior Housing in Jamaica, Queens, helping create 94 affordable homes for low income and/or formerly homeless seniors.

Last month, LISC NY closed on a $2.5M predevelopment loan with National Housing Trust to support the transformation of the former Lincoln Correctional Facility in Harlem into The Seneca, a 22-story building with 105 affordable homeownership units & community-centered programming.
