Indeed I love @worldlandtrust because they aren’t about trees that might never be planted / survive, instead they purchase at risk forest to protect them and employ local partners to manage them. So stopping deforestation of trees already carbon capturing that would be lost 👊
@KarenNEdwards I asked @PhoebeRSmith about this and she recommended World Land Trust for various reasons and I'm about to sign up
