🎉 LDG is excited to announce the award of $1.98 million in State ARPA funds to repurpose vacant buildings and improve public spaces in the Dutchtown and Baden neighborhoods of Saint Louis! 🎉

3600 South Grand, previously the Grandview Arcade building which housed the Melba Theatre, will be home to a commercial space on the first floor and affordable apartments on the second and third floors. This significant project will begin Spring of 2023.

The restoration of the historic 3600 South Grand is now part of our Marquette Homes partnership with @risestl 🌟🥳🌟. Marquette Homes is a multi-site development that will bring 60 affordable apartments to the Dutchtown and Gravois Park communities.
