The number of people who believe doctors “hate” patients is heartbreaking. No one goes into medicine because they despise patients, what a vile assumption. Are doctors perfect? No. We are human. We make mistakes. Many of us are stretched thin. But at our core, many of us are.

Never linked the swelling of capillaries & veins down to PEM but now I think of it it’s the first sign I have over done it every time #LongCovid #PEM #chronicillness #MECFS.
Post Exertional Malaise is due to the dysregulated vasoconstriction of the capillaries. Blood can’t get into the tissues in a timely efficient manner so therefore you have an energy deficit. This accumulates over several hours and then a PEM CRASH occurs. EXERTION is the Culprit.

From the parents, they said let them take them to Beaumont. They had to be put in cuffs for their own safety, my heart broke. Younger than my eldest and screaming some concerning things while crying for help. I really hope they get the help they need 🙏🏻.

I then learnt this breakdown started in school, parents were contacted and school said to tell her to get the train home which was well over an hour away. They made it 15/20 mins before this happened. How can the school let this person out and why wasn’t there concern.

The one thing I noticed among the chaos was no one had their phones out recording, everyone was distressed or genuinely concerned until the young person ran onto the dart and some scumbag in his 40s recorded them naked and vomiting. I hope that person realises they’re U18.

All of a sudden a dart arrived, they made a run for it and jumped on, ran in and out removing their uniform, on the tracks (thank god the driver had stopped the darts immediately).20mins+ before Garda arrived .Obviously there was a lot more too it but for the first 20 mins.

Luckily we found the person (a teen) hadn’t been attacked. This was a breakdown of some kind, they lay with the school uniform around them, covered immediately in a blanket and dressed again. The 2nd person was inconsolable on the phone. We seemed to get things calm.

Yesterday I was walking to my local coffee shop when a man approached saying someone had been attacked at the dart station. He said we need a woman to help, the owner ran around and shouted back for a blanket so I followed with one from the shop.

I let them know I wasn’t going through the school and will get to the bottom of it. Within 24 hours I was sitting with the 2 kids who sent messages telling my child to end his life. We’d a nice little chat and their parents got an insight into their little angels lives.

Just watched #UnknownNumber holy shit I’m shocked! Like WTF!.Dealt with something similar when my son received harassing messages from unknown. I screen shot the messages, sent into the parents of the class and asked them all to check their kids phones.

Anyone else ever had their broadband disconnected with no notice and access to the app blocked as soon as I’m disconnected? I paid the overdue bill yesterday and today woke disconnected and now they want €25 reconnection fee and Sep bill paid @VodafoneIreland.

How the hell am I to know when I pay the overdue amount @VodafoneIreland are still going to disconnect me because their bills named Aug & Sep are actually July & Aug bills so I still have now to pay Sep before they’ll reinstate it .Meltdowns all morning from autistic child

As I’ve paid my mortgage and other bills aswell as paid for back to school by myself. I’m the one who has to keep showing up no matter how sick it makes me. I wish for once someone would show up for us 😭.

Didn’t show up for eldest Leaving results, no show for anything school related including youngests first day. Lives with 3 other adults but prioritises their bills that they can’t pay rather than his own kids. Like he gives no f**ks I’ve no food or electricity.
