Nothing about my @SouthwestAir experience had gone right. Even when I think Iāve finally made it & the worst is over, weāre being held hostage inside the damn plane on the tarmac - AND ITS HOT. I just donāt understand how airlines didnāt prepare for the increased summer travel.

Flight delayed again. @SouthwestAir is such a freaking shit show⦠this is the only place where we can reschedule our missed connections. Normally they let use use any gate/agent but I was turned away and told to stand in this line. seriously. Iām done with SW after this trip.

@SouthwestAir This is every gate at Southwest the Denver Airport. Since they grounded all the flights, there are hundred of people in line at every gate stranded. And one person working. We have been in line almost 2 hours.

Weāre stuck in @SouthwestAir hell. Flt from DIA to PHX cancelled 6/15 : we were rerouted to COS then PHX. When we got to COS guess what? Yep canceled! Told no flight crew. Flight rebooked BACK to DIA for 24 hours later. @SouthwestAir said we were āwelcomeā to sleep in airport š“

If you travel with @SouthwestAir be prepared to spend an extra $700-$1000 dollars if they cancel flights and strand you in cities youāve never been with no help. Just really upset they offered zero help with finding hotels, shuttles, etc.

After years of being a loyal southwest customer where I always received great customer service, Iām ready to cancel my @SouthwestAir rewards credit card and end my decade+ dedication to this airline after the insane disregard for customers Iāve seen over the past two days.

Which again caused me to have to cancel and rebook my rental car at a much higher rate. And again, literally nothing from @SouthwestAir but broken promises that service is āreturning to normal.ā

Had to pay out of my own pocket to find a hotel in Austin when I got stranded here last night. Finally got to the airport today for my flight only to have it cancelled 20min after I arrived. And there are no more flights to Orlando today. So Iām headed to Tampa.

I am appalled by the āserviceā Iāve experienced from @SouthwestAir over the past two days. Fights delayed and cancelled left & right but the only thing theyāre offering displaced customers is āthanks for their patienceā. This is YOUR MISTAKE @SouthwestAir - how about YOU FIX IT.

Iām shocked that all @SouthwestAir is doing for impacted customers is to āthank us for our patience.ā How about some vouchers? How about a refund? How about doing literally ANYTHING to make this experience bearable? Where is the customer service?!
