Great news today. Louisiana #HB25 (the library oversight bill pushed into legislation by the pro-censorship crowd) has died in committee. Thanks in part to the hundreds (nearly 1k) of emails sent by those supporting free speech and all of those who showed up at the capitol today.

Thanks to @WWLTV for speaking with the members of our community. We've used this hate crime as an opportunity to come together. Let this be a lesson to anyone who attacks the LGBTQ community and their allies on the Northshore.

Help us continue to spread this story. So far, we've raised over $6k in under 8 hours and we've been offered other properties to place additional signs on. If that arsonist only knew that their actions would just multiply our efforts.
