Complete lawlessness in Charlotte and @CMPD @CLTMayor are no where to be found. SouthPark and the Arboretum are now big targets for dangerous criminals.
CMPD is investigating at least three break-ins that happened overnight in the Arboretum, per reports I've obtained. It happened at Sephora, Kung Fu Tea and the ABC store around 12:30-1 a.m. The Sephora police report says 5 people broke in by smashing the glass with a baseball
