Today I “celebrate” my five-year anniversary of being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I had a glucose level of 900 and spent 18 hours in the hospital. I’m fortunate to be healthy and still be doing what I love to this day!

I am very proud of all the media outlets that have popped up over the past five years. High school basketball coverage was hit or miss at one point but with the rise of social media and more interest in the game, our student-athletes have some of the best coverage in the USA!

Lockhart won 294 games in 14 seasons at Upson-Lee.
