This morning my kids came in with a birthday party invitation waiting on their desk and the anticipation for the 3:00 party was so stinking sweet!!!! Partying with 5 year olds almost tops all the parties I have ever attended! 😜

Several years ago I worked with a teacher who always passed out birthday party invitations to her class for cupcakes in the afternoon bec "some kids don't ever get invited to parties." It has ALWAYS stuck with me.

My favorite change that I’ve made this year-except Tiger Academy-is arranging my students in a rainbow on the carpet. Easy change but now they can all see each other! Ss can stretch their legs or sit however they want! I LOVE it & don’t know if I could go back to rows! 😆
