Since startups are all I’ve ever worked with, I thought I’d start by sharing my own journey—some early roles, some freelance gigs, and even a startup of my own. Learned a lot (sometimes the hard way), so here’s a bit about how it’s been. 🧵

This is so cute! Built a terminal version of this called CLAUDE CODE OFFICE that monitors all my currently running claude code sessions. Will make it cuter :p

Had Claude Code build a little plugin that visualizes the work Claude Code is doing as agents working in an office, with agents doing work and passing information to each other. New subagents are hired, they acquire skills, and they turn in completed work. Fun start.

Have been working on this for the last 1 to 2 months and we have already started seeing strong performance from ads created on Segwise. The biggest difference is this: These are not random prompts spitting out generic ads. Every creative is generated using actual insights from

Btw, grok-code-fast is amazing for execution, if using OpenCode. The limits are great, but it needs a good plan

Im afraid of using Opus 4.5 on Claude Code, because of how fast the limits are reached. I wish there was a way ("Auto" mode) in cc where it knows that I should use Opus for this plan and execute with sonnet, or whatever is the best cheapest option given that the plan is solid

I use this app very less, but when I do, its delightful. Very useful for scenarios when you wanna do a big calculation with variables, for example calculating total cost of a pipeline, including all steps https://t.co/2vEVtfbZWJ

Another way is to just use projects, but idk never been able to fully max out on that, and not feel like the context is just getting bloated

A workflow that we use a lot when we wanna build a new feature in an existing codebase in Segwise, we ask claude code/cursor in plan mode to explain the current workflow, copy that output, give it to claude and start brainstorming with that as the starting context, super helpful!

Started using Anitgravity, enjoyed the free plan, cancelled cursor, but then started hating the bugs Went back to cursor, but the real coding still happens in Claude Code. It just works.

This. Everyone in Segwise has written some form of code and shipped something, either public-facing or internally useful and used daily, no matter their role

The team we’re building is our asset. On a Sunday afternoon, out of the blue, our founding designer (who’s also handling growth), now wants to learn how to implement quick front-end changes on cursor. Looks like we won’t be hiring a design engineer for sure 😄
