But this means there are no reasons to kill him, people who want a challenge aren't gonna want to kill him because of how easy it makes the game, people who want wins or achievements don't get anything from it.

Because of the fact that you die at the end of the run, this means that you lose out on a win or achievements. Now I understand why the pressure team did this, to prevent people from being able to just cheese wins or achievements by killing him.

Worth the Wait hot take: I feel as though painter dying is a bad game mechanic, due to the fact that you have no reason to do it after the first time.
