Spicy Nduja jumbo dogs Next up we fancied some hot dogs and when I saw the Spicy Nduja ones it had to be those. @VadaszDeli sent me a load of their awesome products so I paired the dogs with the hot and sweet jalapeno relish plus the sauerkraut Very nice, ate one of each!

Nice juicy gastro burger! Last year Simon Howie sent me their range of burgers and hot dogs which we really enjoyed. I was very excited when they got in touch to see if I wanted another delivery! First up was the gastro burger which I cooked on the Blackstone griddle. V Nice!

Fancy a steak? Couple of flat iron steaks from @Swaledalefoods along with a small bit of fillet for the kids from our local butcher Quick and easy cook. Good value flat iron steaks but loads of flavour.

Steak or lamb chop? Cooked some feather blade steaks from @Swaledalefoods and some lamb chops from our local butcher Quick and easy cook, was on the phone for most of the cook! Tasty steak, great value and tasty.

Fancy a massive pork chop? This was a big 900g pork shoulder Chop from @Swaledalefoods Easy cook as I added @maldonsalt then grilled it direct on the Napoleon Pro 22 over ash charcoal Quality meat so cooked it to 60ish for a bit of pink 🤩 Lovely meal, very tasty and juicy

A real shame about the collapse of Farmison, they were doing great things for high quality meat.

Baby back ribs with Cola barbecue sauce Not cooked ribs in ages but these were fantastic. Cooked at 110°c 2 hours unwrapped 2.5 hours wrapped 0.5 hours sauced

Fan of crackling? Small pork loin joint cooked on the rotisserie tonight, Sunday lunch on Saturday night lol I just rubbed salt on the pork and stuck it on the Napoleon rotisserie. A full chimney of charcoal into the bbq with a chunk of apples and left to spin for an hour.

Fan of meat wrapped in meat? Hunters chicken from Fire Feasts by @DJ_BBQ Cracking midweek cook, simple to prepare and cook but so tasty! Fosse Meadows chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and cooked in a pan from Alex Pole on the Weber Smokefire.

How many wings you fancy? Shanghai 2.0 from Wing's and Things by @ChefBenFord Cooked these a few times and really enjoyed them, not had wings for ages and this was a great meal. Will be cooking my way through the book again I think!

Ever had spider steak? I bought these spider steaks from @Swaledalefoods had them a few times and they are great value for money Busy day today and could not be bothered firing up charcoal so I fired up the big boy gasser instead Napoleon Pro 825 sear grates to the rescue!

Like a roast chicken? On Sunday we had roast chicken and I cooked the chicken on a rotisserie. It was.glorious! Chicken was from Fosse Meadows and I cooked.itnon the Napoleon Pro 22 with the rotisserie attachment. Colour on the bird was from two chunks of apple wood.

Ribeye pork steaks with a creamy mushroom sauce. I haven't cooked outside for AGES! Time to fix that 🤩 Some pork rib eyes from @swaledalebutchers cooked on the Napoleon Pro 22. The pork was fantastic and the sauce was incredible. Cracking meal, just what we needed!
