DOOM: “I never thought I would feel such RAGE towards someone on a near equal level as that, MORON, Ben Grimm. And that utter fool in Richards. Not even Johnny’s stupidity is as astounding as this cretin before me.”

I want Lugnut and Lockdown, I go as far as to even say I would LOVE if Nitro Zeus got in lol. In an attempt to resurrect Shockwave, they accidentally create a clone bombastic thug from human data files.
Now that Bulkhead is in the Energon Universe, I wonder what other non-G1 Transformers characters they’ll add. Personally, I’d love to see Demolisher and Slipstream make an appearance. Windblade or Strika would be a few other additions that could be really cool. (1/2)

Another issue I say is how it’s far more hamfisted in the manga that Garou’s true intentions aren’t to be a real monster during the surface half. This crack in his face, teaming up with Metal Bat to fight Sage Centipede, and the “happy ending” with him and Bang. Super forced.

I didn’t mind Blast showing up in the arc, until he overstayed and actually had to get involved. The Webcomic fight between Garou and Saitama is just better because it’s more focused on what actually matters, breaking down Garou, and Saitama seeing through his ruse.
The manga’s Monster Association arc in general had various ideas and concepts that weren’t actually bad, but should have been kept for later into the story rather than badly shoehorned into an already solidly written arc. Adding some fluff is one thing (the manga always did that)

“Your honor, he did what he had to for the sake of the home which he loves dearly, while the methods were extreme and he did break some codes; ultimately, he turned the tide against his foreign invaders.”

“Don’t you want a second chance? To make things right with-“ “Child…..I have long since made my choices. I have carved my path. And I will walk it as I see FIT. I seek nothing more than vengeance, no matter how ‘petty’ nor ‘spiteful’ it may seem.“

I don't disagree with the thesis of this video, but I do want to point out that this is also an issue with most leftist film analyses. Ultimately, if you're analyzing art through a political lens and nothing else, you're not gonna get deep or insightful analysis of the work. You

I wish he could draw what other heroes would look like in his take. Cap’s is really good, so I wonder what his Hulk and Thor would look like? Or what Batman or Superman would look like?

I feel like a lot discourse around the Predator community regarding how they've "humanized" the Yautja comes from people who only see them as "mindless monsters that kills anything that moves." When even in the first film, they've been portrayed as much more than that.

Least our lion of mighty Pride died in a fantastic way. I got to get back to 4KOTA at some point because I stopped and got distracted.

It’s just as bad as Hulk’s fight with Broly and not understanding how Immortal Hulk is. But this fight and Ichigo’s is really shit because not only do they not get Aizen’s immortality, they literally never use anything from TYBW for both. Genuinely horrible research.

Do you think we should coin the term "Disney Derangement Syndrome"? Because it's funny to watch Badlands and come out saying that Dek was a white woman's domesticated pet and not a still very violent and brutal Yautja.

You like at DC and see the clear distinctions between Jay, Berry, and Wally all being their own Flash, but Marvel just thinks slapping the suit onto another person is going to lead to some massive success. Like the new female Surfer is even more pointless than the female Sentry.
I think you nailed the point of the problem of marvel legacies. Is all of them act as a same character because is made for any actors to jump into the character that has no depth and most comics reflect this. You look at X-Men and see how each backstories of characters are deep.

Never forget, Saitama completely crushed the physical exam but was nearly kicked out just because he almost failed the written test. His feats alone should have at least placed him in top A, but they placed him in C. Not to mention how frequently “hero crushing” happens.

Easily the Hero Association. Their ranking system is flawed, they purposely hide how many monsters have basically became “pets” for wealthy higher ups as well as other types of “entertainment”, and really they only care for the financial benefits that the heroes bring.

I would be perfectly fine with the “war” answer for why something like this exists for a species that primarily hunts with “primitive” weapons. Really all we need is a justification as to what exactly they would be fighting for something like this to be made, besides each other.
I sleep easy when I headcanon that this is what Yautja soldiers wear during wartime. When we see them in the movies, they're on hunts. A big game hunter isn't gonna dress up like SEAL team 6 on a hunt. But this headcanon makes me wanna this suit again, in a Yautja clan war.

You just have to or you’ll go insane. Like Aizen vs Madara, Ichigo vs Naruto, Hulk vs Broly, and Alucard vs DIO. It just annoys me when you have it where they get it right but then you also get a bunch where they are just flat out wrong.

Just, BLOW IT, the fuck up. Like I’m pretty sure even Warhammer would deal with this easily thanks to the Exterminatus and stuff.
