this along with his sheer girth has sparked “biggest in #Asia” chatter in the #media. He is often compared to the famous “Bachelor of Powalgarh”, the massive 10 feet tiger who was shot dead by Jim Corbett in the 1930s.....

We had booked #safari for the newly opened #Phato Tourism Zone in Corbett. The dense #Sal canopy interspersed with open #grasslands and various seasonal #rivers and streams along with numerous manmade and natural #waterholes makes it a drool worthy #wildlife spot.

It was morning but being the month of #May it was warm and the #sun was harsh. After moving through the #jungle our guide took us towards the “Green waterhole”, so called because of green #algae in the water. The surroundings were quiet and no #predator calls were echoing.
