@flipkartsupport I've issue with a delivery. Delivery guy asked me for OTP and said that he is delivering my product at my place in call. But he didn't deliver the product. I'm not able to call delivery guy as it's asking for a PIN number which I don't have. Flipkart customer

@flipkartsupport You are saying Delivery status is Pending. But, the item was delivered at 3pm today and is showing as Delivered in my App. Why is it not updated at your end? I need the Invoice today only to Opt for Refund from my Company. Otherwise,I have to lose Rs 3099 because of your issue.

I've already contacted customer care, but they are asking me to just wait. Please help either sending the invoice today or allow me to cancel my order. I ordered because it initially showed 11th as Delivery date, but it's delivered on 15th.

they made me pay Rs 950. Can I get my bike serviced at a different Service Center for free since I already paid and gave my bike 3 times to this service center which didn't repair my bike properly. Your customer service is poor, how can you close my complaint without my feedback?
