Spent 2 hours out in the garden today. Everything is growing like crazy! Perfect temps to get lots of work done. Looking forward to a big haul of radishes and herbs this week!

I finally streamed yesterday after a long break. The stage fright is real! I never really relaxed the whole 2+ hours. I had friends old and new come hang out with me and support me and I even had a brand new person to my stream who proved to be an amazing cheerleader! Im blessed.

I've been spending more and more time either out in the garden or in my (almost completed) new kitchen. There is something very comforting about fresh air, fresh healthy food, and getting away from the computer.

I have reached the point in life that it was exciting to me to find celery plants at a local farm to put in my garden this week.

In 2 years, my second child will be old enough to vote in the 2024 presidential election. We took them with us today to see how the whole process works so that when that day comes, it's familiar. Make voting in EVERY ELECTION part of your family culture.

Voting in EVERY ELECTION has never been more critical. From local level all the way to the top, DONT MISS ANY chance to make your voice heard! In a time when those in power are taking advantage, SPEAK UP!!! VOTE!!! (starts car to drive to the polls)

Caring for people does not mean you have to compromise your boundaries or become a doormat. I have to keep telling myself that.

As this week quickly comes to a close, I find myself looking forward to lighting the Shabbat candles and taking a break. No matter who you are, or what you believe, I encourage you to take time to rest and recharge away from the chaos. You deserve it! 💗 Shabbat Shalom

Creating personal boundaries is extremely difficult in relationships where few, if any, existed before.
