What’s the point of all these bots if they can’t solve anything?.No option to explain your issue properly. Just 2-3 fixed buttons and you’re stuck. In 2025, getting basic support feels like a struggle. We’re not asking for anything fancy just real help when we’re stuck.

These are my personal experiences: . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - pure nightmare. Their Thanks app Useless. Bot gives random options, no space to type your actual issue, no human in sight.

Apps are getting fancier, but customer support? It’s going downhill. Slick UI, smart features but the moment something goes wrong, you’re stuck with a useless bot and no way out.
