German mortar explodes: The incident occurred on Onze-Lieve-Vrouwstraat in Diksmuide. A war ordnance collector was working on a shell in his garden. The shell exploded, seriously injuring the 47-year-old man. It was therefore a tragic accident. The projectile is a German mortar,
