If your spirituality avoids accountability, it’s performance.

You are your greatest design. The vision and the blueprint. When the road breaks you down, you don’t quit, you recalibrate. Restart the cycle. Clean the lens. Return to your purpose as many times as it takes. This isn’t a moment. It’s a lifetime commitment to becoming.

I don’t know who needs to read this, but it’s okay to cry… to sigh… to release. Your nervous system needs you.

Love begins as a relationship with our own pain, our own needs, and our own truth… when we offer ourselves compassion instead of judgment, connection becomes possible.

We all carry a deep longing to be loved, yet the question worth sitting with is this: how can we truly receive love when we’ve learned to abandon ourselves in order to survive?
