I’m cool with time gated events to earn cosmic rewards but gate keeping shit in a live service game is so fucking stupid.
This is why prestige items should stay unique. It’s not about gatekeeping, it’s about sparking curiosity. When you see an old, rare item, it makes you want to ask about it and connect with people. If everything just comes back, that spark is gone.
