Backend Developer (Node.js + TypeScript + MongoDB) Currently building, learning, and documenting the journey.
Everywhere All At Once
Joined May 2020
About a month ago I decided I had to take my backend journey seriously. No shortcuts, No "just make it work" JavaScript. I'm finally learning things I used to skip, understanding how things really work and building with intention. This is me doing it the right way.

This week I started learning PostgreSQL, learning SQL fundamentals: basic SQL scripts, data types, joins etc Interestingly I kept drawing parallels to how things would work on Mongodb.

In a couple of years, will there be a US presidential nominee running on the platform of "decommission all clankers" because they are stealing American jobs? Shower thoughts.

I built an analytics platform for Xandeum pNodes, similar to existing Solana validator dashboards, which is web-based, from the @superteam earn bounty. I used • Next.js • TypeScript • Tailwind CSS Check it out https://t.co/Mol6UK9820

Plus other concepts and topics. I don't mind starting them from scratch as long as I get a solid understanding of how they work. I need to be better.

I decided to start posting my progress as well. My first small win: I built a simple Todo API in TypeScript using a modular structure and ESLint + Prettier. TypeScript exposed a lot of my old bad habits, but now the code is cleaner and safer.

I built a roadmap that fits exactly where I am and where I’m trying to go. I’m sticking to it and focusing on consistency. Here's a link if you want to check it out, I'm open to any suggestions. https://t.co/O0mchVNcHZ
