@Bertazzoni_ita How about customer service? Our refrigerator died on Sept. 22nd, while under warranty. Your service provider, PlusOne solutions, assigned a repairmen, who, after 3 visits to our house, said that he can not fix it, and it needs to be replaced. Plusone is not offering any solution.
