Sorry, guys. She turned the wheel. She was making a 3-point turn to vacate the area. That officer was in Minimal, if any, danger. The fact he could draw, aim, shoot, and half-step out of the way tells us he could have stepped aside and let her go. Don’t shoot as they flee!
