Btw the reason I say this isn't because venti is the ONLY good option (c6 Faruzan, sucrose, kazuha all seem fine) but because Venti is the character that fulfills the MOST amount of requirements for Varka's kit in ONE character Hexerei, Swirl, Anemo, Mondstadt, Buffs all in one

Varka currently has the highest base attack power—399. Previously, Skirk and Mavuiki had the highest—359.

VARKA CONS C1: Allows enhanced skill to be used once immediately and increases its and the enhanced charged attacks dmg by 200% C2: Enhanced skill and charged attack do an extra 800% atk of aoe anemo dmg C4: Varka triggering swirl gives party 20% anemo + phec dmg bonus

In the open world, for every mondstadt party member, Varka's skill cooldown is reduced by 5% so up to 20%. this effect does not occur in endgames or domains

When allies trigger swirl, Varka's Normal Attack is further buffed up to 30% this incentivices pairing him with another anemo character (nudge nudge Venti)

Varka scales off ATK and needs 2500 ATK to get the full 25% anemo dmg bonus and extra element dmg bonus Varka needs 2 anemo characters + 2 of the same PHEC teammates in order to get a full 220% dmg bonus. Only 2 anemo or only 2 of the same other element will give 140% bonus

VARKA'S BURST Varka's burst does two instances of Anemo dmg If he has dual element infusion, the first hit will do the other element dmg instead

When in the tapped skill state, Varka gains an enhanced skill that can have its cooldown reduced by Normal Attacking (cooldown reduction is faster with hexerei) Varka can also use an enhanced charge attack (no stamina) that does two instances of dmg instead of the enhanced skill

VARKA'S SKILL Skill can be tapped or held and does different things depending on which one you do TAP: Does some dmg and puts him in a state that infuses with Anemo + one other element of a teammate in the order of PHEC and buffs NA Hold: Charges up and leaps forward
