I forgot how loud my ADHD brain actually is, until I find a medication that quiets it down. This is just the first full day of the medication, so we'll see how it goes. But, so far, it seems ok. Brain is a lot quieter now and I was actually able to accomplish a few things.

So, I started a new ADHD medication today, what's the first thing that happened as it kicked in (I am on the immediate release right now)? I needed a nap. And this is why caffeine puts me to sleep. I can have 3-5 shots of espresso (probably more even) and need a nap. lmao
