Wishing you all well, and I'm looking forward to unveiling what I've been working on, once it's at a state where I consider it shareable! πβ€οΈ

Now I doubt it'll actually happen, but it's lead me to creating a contingency account - on Bluesky. I'll continue to post updates here, but should I end up unable to access X in future, I'll start using BS as my primary platform: https://t.co/XuzZry7auw

I'm working on something that I can launch in the next few months. It's bigger, better, and more impressive than ever... and you can hold me to that! π In the meantime, not to bring politics to my profile (yuck!), but there's talks of X potentially being banned in my country.

Hey guys - long time, no speak! Just a quick hello, and an apology. Since we last spoke, my professional career took off to an extent where it left me very little time for projects like this one. As such, I've had to abandon the 25/26 season. But it's not all bad...

This is because they'll actually wear the Oktoberfest kits in at least 1 Bundesliga game, whereas they won't wear Champions League/Int'l comp kits in the Bundesliga. I might make domestic comp folders down the line (DFB Pokal, etc.) but I'll see. It's a lot of time. 2/2

Bundesliga kits worn in Int'l comps (e.g. Champions League) will be made later and added to that competition's folder. I'll be adding the Bayern Oktoberfest kit to the Bundesliga folder, as well as any other club's Oktoberfest kits. 1/2

Will check my @'s again soon. For now, I'm letting you know I've added 2 more GK kits for Liverpool (full set), and have only 1 team remaining to complete the domestic kits for the Bundesliga. See the next tweet for more info.

But that's a decision to make after I've done the Bundesliga. Which is taking a while. Because almost every Bundesliga club has a kit with a pattern harder to crack than the Da Vinci code. π₯²

On one hand, it makes sense to complete one league after another. But then, that means certain teams competing in international comps won't be created until I get to their domestic league. Means you could end up waiting for a UCL team's kits until I've done a secondary division.

There's no current strategy going forward. I'll finish Bundesliga, but I don't know if I'll make a whole league after that, or batch make kits based on manufacturers. For example, Mizuno sponsors less teams than Hummel, so it'd take less time to just do all Mizuno teams next.

I'll add the MLS third kits as soon as I see the shorts/socks for them. If they do that thing again where they all wear a recycled plastic bottle kit for 1 game week, I'll make those too. But they're not high priority.

I'll make special one-off kits down the line (provided they're worn in a real match). This includes any Oktoberfest kits, anniversary kits, special cup final kits, etc. The only kits I won't make are digital/cash grab kits (like brand collab kits, NFT kits, etc.)

I'm updating/fixing kits from other leagues as I go along. Most of the time, it'll be something I see on TV, watching a match. This can be anything from an updated sponsor, to a shorts/socks combo not shown on the club store (looking at *you*, Nottingham Forest... π)

Shout-out to Classic Football Shirts. How they photograph their jerseys on their website allows me to virtually trace over the graphics without having to guess what certain parts of the graphic looks like. π«Ά

Still continuing Bundesliga kits. I've spent a majority of the past week creating the graphics for Leverkusen, Augsburg, KΓΆln. I don't want to rely on copying and pasting images where I can make the .PNG instead. It took a while, but there's .PNG graphics for most of those teams

Okay, I've caught up on my mentions. Sorry it took so long - I'm even worse at returning texts and calls (as you can imagine, people are often mad at me! π€£) Ready for some updates? π

...but I wasn't blessed with intelligence - only a nerdy passion for football shirts, and the unnatural ability to notice details on a level where you can tell I have no rizz or game IRL. π

I try to make layer masks for kit components in my templates. This lets you apply graphics onto certain parts (like sleeves, the rear of the jersey, the shorts, etc.) I wish I had the smarts and resources to make my own Kit Creator like Pesmaster (I'm a big fan of their work!)

If you can't find a graphic, I didn't make it. I probably used Photoshop to impose an image onto the kit. Some graphics are so time consuming or problematic to make, it takes time away from making kits and templates.
