A huge shoutout to the whole team at @goholycross who stepped up behind the scenes to pull off four hockey games in four days — our first game action in more than eight months. Will never take that game day feeling for granted ever again. 🙌

I can’t even begin to describe what this means for a place like AIC. Coaches from EVERY team, support staff, admins pour excruciating hours into keeping the department running. They all pour so much love into the work they do for the sake of their student athletes.

A week later, the pit in my stomach still isn’t gone. Still feeling heartbroken for these kids and everyone impacted right now. Treasuring the moments now more than ever. And hopeful that when we’re all back together, those baseball skies will look more beautiful than ever. 💜
