We enjoyed welcoming our parents and carers today to hear about expressive arts, our improvements around this area of the curriculum, and why we value it. Their feedback was 100% positive and all enjoyed the experience.

Today, we put down our sensory circuits. These are an easy and enjoyable way for learners to get movement breaks when needed. Our learners, and staff team, are loving them! Thank you to our PSA for funding them #Equity #ASN

Super proud of Primary 5 today for using their data handling skills to complete an escape room! We had to use data sheets to unlock a six digit activation code. We managed to unlock together time. Look at these successful learners!

We are delighted to launch our library today! We have two very special visitors coming to read to our learners! Thank you to our literacy ambassadors, Mrs MacDonald, and our amazing parent helpers for making this happen. Also, thank you to @scottishbktrust for all your advice!

Today, we had the privilege of meeting Craig, a real Polar Explorer! Craig came and told the children all about his adventures to the Poles. They were captivated and asked amazing questions! This was organised following a conversation with one of our learners who knows Craig.

Lovely to come back to my desk and see this message from our INSPIRE group! They are re-opening their coffee shop, following training and agreeing a buisness approach with the new members. The staff team at KPS couldn't be happier, and the impact on the learners is clear to see!

Fantastic family day at KPS! The parents, kids and staff worked together to develop our outdoor spaces more. Today, there was a new sandpit, a new roof on the concoction cabin, weaved willow reeds, the start of a living tyre structure and more tyres dug in. #community
