UP accepting non UPCAT passers under VAAS program is a reason why they are one of the top universities in the PH. Hindi lang sa sports ganyan. My cousin got into UP Fine Arts even if she failed UPCAT via some "skill test" that assess their talents outside academic measurements.

Guys, take Katseye as an example. Usually din hindi ganon kalaki ang engagements sa official accounts nila pero sa fan accounts na nagviral? Millions ang views. Things that worked 2 yrs ago, may not work now. Iba na din magwork ang algo sa X ngayon. Need natin magkeep up 🤧

@udontknowme1304 Artistry - it's up to the judges how they will view these. It's either SB or COJ. Influence - based on widespread appeal, it's likely COJ. This is for the year 2025. Cultural presence - COJ resonated with the masses with their music.
