Sylas was definitely a massive question mark for this one - solid Smolder pick-up into this composition despite AL not having BiS itemization - strong execution but mainly eased on due to GenG's flawed draft approach. The 3-1 pattern was definitely broken after today #MSI2025

Sad truth - Riot is enabling a systemic, structural neglect and failure. Most orgs, owners, managers and so called 'professionals' stop caring due to the lack of support and have no idea how to conduct proper scouting, background check, chemistry read during trials. Some truly.
I say “incompetent” management, but there are some management people I’ve came across in my career, that were even overqualified for their work. And never made it further, some are even gone from esports now😵💫.
