Local lions club pancake supper and turkey bingo tonight ! These cards were old when I was a kid ! Made in USA I guess that’s why they have stood the test of time ! 😀

Transmission locked up hauling heifers home today thankfully it happened as we slowed down to turn ! And thank goodness for good neighbors with an extra truck and trailer!!

Is heifer retention really a thing ? I don’t know any cattlemen in our area that normally retain heifers on an average year that change their program due to price 🤷♂️guys in our area rather retain to replace or don’t and buy replacements ! Obviously drought plays a part
