🧪test: enabling wallet migration functional test on windows #32219. So currently, we were not able to test the migration of wallets on Windows in the functional test. That sounds like a problem, right? Well, that's why this PR fixes that, enabling the wallet functional test in.

🟧Add checkBlock() to Mining interface #31981. “IPC equivalent of the getblocktemplate RPC in proposal mode” - Sjors. This change checks the validity of a block in the IPC code, this just makes sense as we probably want to validate the template we are proposing to use before.

🧠cluster mempool: add TxGraph reorg functionality #31553. This change by Pieter Wuille, I honestly need to review deeper to understand how it works. But from what I know this is for cluster reorganizations. In this PR TxGraph::Trim() is introduced which, “which removes some.

🔧util: explicitly close all AutoFiles that have been written #29307. So, fclose(3) may fail to flush previously written data to the disk, so failing fwrite(3) is as bad as failing a fclose(3). “Previously the code ignored fclose(3) failures. This PR improves that by changing.

💳wallet: Keep track of the wallet's own transaction outputs in memory #27286. The Bitcoin Core wallet previously was not aware of its transaction outputs and would have to iterate through the TXs stored in mapWallet and then iterate through all of those outputs to figure out.
