Random one for my autistics or AuDHDers When ye was a wain ( kid) did ye ever sit on ye own in the playground or a corner of a room ? Since i was a kid and now i still sit in corners be it cafes , libraries etc. I think its a comfort come trauma healing thing 🤔

I hate being deep in thought sometimes..because im turning 39 this year and it scares the hell out of me that us autistic adults only live upto 40 ( small percentage). For someone who had 14 attempts on there life. Next year with labour scum welfare bollix. Might tip me to edge
