#Harvest2025 - the estate vineyards are picked clean of sauvignon blanc for asatsuyu 2025 Vintage. Now real work begins in winemaking, sampling residual sugars and ph and leftover yeasts as the juice->wine process is critical for success. Thank you to intern Karolina!
