KenEast Asst hockey coach, Jim Kluge sadly passed away Fri. Aug. 9th. He was w/the Bulldog program for 10 years, including two state titles. His brother, Mike is also a member of Kyle Pray’s staff. Two of Jim’s sons played at East; Josh & Jacob. Players & coaches loved Jim. RIP.
KenTon Athletics is heartbroken to announce the passing of KenWest Hall of Famer, Nick Silvestri. Nick was a teacher, advocate for students with special needs, Faculty Manager & supreme family man. We will miss him.

KenWest’s Gillian Boal captures two 2nds at the Section VI Championships. She set PR’s in both the 50 & 100. Dropped 1 full second in 100. Missed top spot in 50 by just .06.
KenWest softball opened their new field by defeating Grand Island, 5-4. Lydia Serrano hit the first fence-clearing HR ever in the new stadium. ABorkowski pitched a great game while Frankie Mercado was terrific on defense for the Lady Blue Devils.
The Ken-Ton Athletic Dept expresses our sincere condolences to the family of a coaching icon, Coach John Faller of Sweet Home. We reach out to Panthers past & present. It was an honor to compete against his teams.
KenTon Athletics is saddened to share the difficult news of the passing of Mrs. Jean Adams. Jean was the wife of former KenEast PE teacher & Head Football Coach, Richard ‘Sparky’ Adams. Mrs. Adams was the matriarch of a very giving and impactful family. R.I.P Mrs Adams.
Dennis Sarow was a contributor & supporter of athletes at KenWest for 20 yrs. He worked w/our sball & bball teams. He did stats, scorebooks, fundraising & served as a travel agent. But he was so much more to our coaches & athletes. Extremely loyal & committed. Thank you Dennis.
